Casting
Casting is very important within a film as if you do not have
the right person for that particular role then it is not going to look good
therefore auditioning for the cast is essential to make sure we have the
correct characters.
For our film opening we are looking for an adult male within
the age bracket of 30 -40’s this is because we are filming it in a pub and a
lot of people of that age group go to pubs. We are looking for your ‘average’
punter. For example, below are the type of people we are looking for:
This is the type of person we are looking for in our
film opening as he is within our designated casting age and he looks like the
type of person we are looking for as he looks like he is carrying a bit of
weight and that is exactly what we want as we are looking for someone who is a
little overweight.
